Kathy began her real estate career with The Sea Pines Real Estate Company in 2004. Kathy holds an Undergraduate degree in Sociology from Guildford College and a M.Ed. in Food & Nutrition from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She is also a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and is e-PRO® certified.
After a successful and fulfilling career in real estate, Kathy has recently chosen to step into more of a behind-the-scenes role, while continuing to support David with office responsibilities.
