Samantha’s family moved to Hilton Head Island in 1976, and she fell in love with the freedom of running wild on the beach and exploring the Sea Pines Forest Preserve on horseback. She has been involved in the family real estate business since she was 13 years old, working as a personal assistant to her mother, Nancy Love, as well as a sales assistant with Sea Pines Real Estate Co.
That early start in the business eventually led her to found her own marketing company, Chameleon Interactive, which specializes in assisting small business clients primarily in real estate. She has expanded upon her professional marketing strengths through print marketing, web design, architectural photography and video, and has been the marketing arm for Nancy Love and the Love Family for 25+ years.
In 2016, she became a licensed Realtor® working with Sea Pines Real Estate – Beach Club and enjoys working with a few select clients at a time to give them her undivided attention. Her strength lies in listening past the checklist of square footage and bedroom counts to hear what a client is actually searching for, a skill she has sharpened through years of work as a spiritual life coach. That ability to ask the right question and really hear the answer means she often identifies the right property before a client has fully articulated what they want.
Outside of work, she has traveled to many places in the world, but always returns to the Lowcountry for its own kind of peace and tranquility. Her latest adventure is trekking across the United States by minivan, camping her way from coast to coast.
She attended Sea Pines Academy (Hilton Head Prep) and graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in Public Relations and a minor in Journalism.
